NADRA invites applications from Pakistani Nationals only for hiring the services as Calling Agents / Costumer Services Executive for “Prime Minister’s National Health Program Project” on short basis (Extendable subject to requirement at Call Center Islamabad & Lahore.
1. Calling Agents / Customer Services Executive
Qualification / Experience: Graduation from a HEC recognized University. Call Center / Customer Dealing Experience.
Age Limit: 30 years
- Intimation call to the beneficiary to collect his / her health card from designated centers.
- Follow up calls to applicant who could not receive Health Card.
- Patient Feedback survey calls/
- Basic computer knowledge / technological skills.
- Must be a good listener, fast learner and have good problem solving abilities with high level customer services skills.
- A sound knowledge of telephone etiquette’s.
- Fluency in spoken English & Urdu, further fluency in other local regional languages will be a plus point.
