NADRA invites applications from Pakistani Nationals only for hiring the services as Calling Agents / Costumer Services Executive for “Prime Minister’s National Health Program Project” on short basis (Extendable subject to requirement at Call Center Islamabad & Lahore.

Positions Vacant: 

1. Calling Agents / Customer Services Executive

Qualification / Experience: Graduation from a HEC recognized University. Call Center / Customer Dealing Experience.

Age Limit: 30 years

Job Description: 

  • Intimation call to the beneficiary to collect his / her health card from designated centers.
  • Follow up calls to applicant who could not receive Health Card.
  • Patient Feedback survey calls/

Required Skills: 

  • Basic computer knowledge / technological skills.
  • Must be a good listener, fast learner and have good problem solving abilities with high level customer services skills.
  • A sound knowledge of telephone etiquette’s.
  • Fluency in spoken English & Urdu, further fluency in other local regional languages will be a plus point.

ii. Call Center Lahore = 67 positions
